The sort of hotel rooms that exist here are little more than basic rooms which may or may not include a fan or much more than hammocks. It is a rustic location and rustic living... which is exactly what gives Zipolite its unique charm.

  • Lo Cosmico - Cabanas and accommodations for singles between $9 & $10 USD and doubles from $11.50 USD to $20 USD (+$3.50 per person). Located at the west end of the beach just past the rocks that divide the west end.
  • Roca Blanca - Rooms range from a 2 person room at $100 Pesos to a three person room with private bathroom at $150 Pesos. The restaurant serves hamburgers, tortas, fish, and traditional Mexican dishes. See map page for location.
  • Hotel Cabanas El Paraiso - Cabanas for 2 people start at $100 Pesos per night, and Cabanas for up to 4 people run $180 Pesos. Rooms include private bathroom and cleaning service every other day. And the hotel has a laundry room and sells beer by the beach.

  • Palapa Katy - Hammocks $3.00 USD, Cabanas $6.00 to $11.50. They also have a restaurant.
